On June 30th 2022, Oitante completed the amortization of all its debt, in the amount of €746 million, contracted when it was constituted, three and a half years before maturity.
REO’s Of the initial stock of 5,673, the Oitante universe maintains 255 properties at the end of 2025.
NPL’s
The credit portfolio, at the end of 2025, amounted to 83 M€ which represents a reduction of 91% in relation to 2015.
FINANCIAL HOLDINGS Of the initial 38 Financial Holdings, Oitante holds only 2, representing 95% disinvestment.
RESULTS Oitante generated Results, until the end of 2025, of more than 287 M€ in accumulated terms.
